Attire:
Hat - Pointed steeple magician-type hat(White) with a black scarf tied around the bottom of the steeple.
Cloak - A rather new yet *medieval"-like cloak(similar to Vivi's), except colored "White" and with "red" and "gold" trim cuffs for the arms with an ornamental dragon wing clip set on the collar. Flame-ish designs are along the trim line of the coat and they are colored "Black".
Pants - Puffy yet a single "white" color with the addition for *RED* stripes.
Shoes - White leather boots with giant golden buckles for decent *MEDIOCRE* protection of the feet.
Gloves - White gloves(they look more fitting for a cartoon character like Mickey Mouse) cover up his delicate hands.
Biography:
Cornelius Ornitier... a distant relative to Vivi Ornitier, perhaps? Maybe even one of Vivi's *SONS*... who knows? Anyway, he is a wandering *BLACK* mage who is setting out to discover some truth about himself and to meet new friends. He is quiet, shy... yet he's open when he's around good *CLOSE* friends. He enjoys being around friends more than anything in the world... yet something still eludes him. He is particularly an outcast cuz his taste in fashion is oddballish. Then again... Cornelius is *DEFINITELY* an oddball. He tends to study black magic all the time.
He tends to carry around a spellbook alot of the time and he constantly pours himself into it... most people wonder why he's such a study freak... yet that's what he loves to do.
Cornelius' past tends to elude him yet he's looking forward to a bright, happy future. But one thing that he really wants to do is meet many other "Black Mages" like himself and to be friends with them. He idolizes the one named "Vivi Ornitier" whom he likes to dub as a "friend" more than family.
Was Cornelius really born with the last name of Ornitier? Well, in fact, he was... so it might be true that he is definitely related to Vivi... but he doesn't know that.
Equipment:
Long Magician-like Staff - A wooden pole shaped out into a magician staff...
Spellbook - A big compendium listing tons of spells and incantations used by the grand Black Mages of 'yore.
Reading Glasses - He needs glasses to help him read... so he can't forget this extravagant pair of bifocals.
Satchel - One strap... throwing over one shoulder and entwined about the body to carry large things... like his spellbook.
Quill - Stuck within the strap of his hat so he can easily take it out from there to write important notes and various things in his gigantic spellbook.

Final Toccata - In this trance... Cornelius can cast spells which has been buried within him for a long time dubbed only as the "Final Magic".

Hat - It shifts to a deep purplish color... the scarf around the steeple goes *Black* as the quill seems to disappear.
Cloak - His cloak shifts colors to black... the flame-like designs along the trim transform to a "purple" color... and on his shoulder... he's got silvery metallic shoulder pads for armour. On his back... he gains a pair of feathery-like wings(colored black) with purple feathers).
Pants - His pants shift to black with "purple" stripes.
Shoes - His shoes look like they gained abit of an armour-like appeal, appearing slightly metallic... no longer just simple brown leather-like boots.
