Honestly, I should update more often than once every 14 months, but what can I say? I was incredibly busy ever since I went to Japan. I've been to another Anthrocon, went to Midwest Fur Fest and another Further Confusion, all while working for American Express, and now I've even gone back to college and taken a year's worth of part time classes... I've studied Japanese language for a year, and look forward to going back to Japan to learn more as an exchange student, and even go to Australia in '05 for volunteering at a kangaroo wildlife reserve... I have had so much happen in a year, that I just don't really want to detail it all in writing, it would take too long and waste my time typing when I bet you're really here for the new pics and that's all. You can check out my Livejournal for some intermediate details and how many mice I now own. I'm more approchable online as Zillarules on AIM, or as BrangKangaroo, depending on which character I'm feeling like... also check Furry Muck or Bandari Muck, or even Faibanx!

Alrighty now. It's been ages since my last real update, and a helluva lot of stuff has happened. We've got over a dozen new pics of Tyrnn or Brang, and at least a half dozen new pics by m'self... Amazing. I've also revamped the site to be a bit easier to read... I don't know why I used a hard to read Gray font, so I changed it all to white for ease of use.

Back in April, I did what most Godzilla-philes dream of, I went to Tokyo. Japan was an amazing experience, mainly because I was as illiterate as can be... I can read Katakana and Hiragana, and one or three Kanji, but I would have been amazingly confused were it not for my best friend Adam from North Carolina. He was over in Japan as a foreign exchange student, so he met me and helped me cut back on hotel expenses by sneaking me into his dorm. An amazing adventure. Check out the full report on my comic website above, Boomer Express!

Anthrocon. My fourth major AC experience was certainly better than the year before, and as always was a blast. Got lots of pics done, did some schmoozing for Boomer Express. Nothing too special on that though other than the pics you see now on this site!

Boomer Express has been keeping my attention focused for the most part, a quarter of a thousand comics done, and many many more on the way! Until next time, enjoy!

Well, another long time has passed, and I've been so busy with Boomer Express that I really haven't had much time to work on more artwork stuffs than a bit of colorization and sketching. I've come a long way in the last... wait a sec, is that right? FIVE YEARS. Five years of... of all this macro stuff. Amazing. And I still haven't taken a single art class.

Anyways, I went to Further Confusion and basically piddled around the whole time. Met a few new friends and kept in touch with dozens of others. I had five new drawings of Tyrnn done, which brings the total to 46 shown in the Drawings gallery. On the other hand, only two new pics are in the Art section, and one of them was actually drawn by Teaselbone, another great artist with mad skillz with a pen and paper. (He needs to update his site once and for all, doncha think?) Basically, I just took one of a trio of Bowser sketches he had done, colorized it, and photoshopped in San Fransisco for that mega paw stomp feelin'. I like it a lot, for my first real photoshop colorization attempt.

The other pic is of a couple of nice gals who hang around the Giant's Club on Furrymuck every so often. Kitana and Sarah. The inspiration of this particular drawing actually was based off what actually occured in the Giant's Club... it's a bit complex, but lets just say that I found it amusing that they both claimed to be the alpha females by their particular positions in this pic. :)

One more thing before I wrap up, I'm slowly starting to break into actually drawing >naughty< bits, as will be evinced with a current drawing of Mataki that lays next to me as I type this, almost completely inked and ready to post. I'd post it now, but it's not done and it's 3 in the morning. Tired and all. Stay tuned for that update soon, though!

Miniupdated on 12/3/02 to say I've identified the three unknown artists who drew the last three drawings of Tyrnn in the Drawings area. They're drawn by, in order, Scrubbo, of Silly Cone V, John Troutman of Basil Flint, and Mr. Irony/Tom of Sandwich World. Go see comics!

Well, it's been a long time, and I've been working incredibly hard on Boomer Express. I'm up to 74 comics now, and just haven't been working too much on anything else. I managed to dig up five new pics now, shown in the Art section. The first one was done for Bob the Angry Flower after I had gone to Comic Con in San Diego. Stephen Notley was actually going around the convention wearing a posterboard yellow flower framing his head. I wondered what would happen if Bob were to try the same thing, and this minicomic was the result.

The next pic is just an exercise in working off some major frustration that I had. I don't know exactly why I was so overly frustrated, but I was also feeling yiffy, and just had to draw something to release my true feelings. I must say this turned out rather well for how short it took me to draw and ink it. I love the face most of all. That's how I usually feel towards the little bugs around my feet.

Moonfire provided the inspiration for this doodle. She's always stretching out in one place or another, often stretching in size as well... I've even seen her reach 5 million miles long... So I just felt like drawing her doing what she does best... Stretching!

Doral. Over five miles in height, over a hundred blocks demolished, and one tasty treat on the tip of the tongue. Again, I was just drawing what I felt like, and I like megamacro sizes and destruction on a grand scale. I like how it turned out.

Now, and oldoldold (coughs dust) old collage that I did back in 1998. I don't know why it wasn't up on the site, but I guess late is better than never. This is Yonggary's foot stomping three quarters of  San Fransisco. Which is a city that I've taken a keen interest in lately...

...Which is why I collaged this wonderful pic of Godzilla from the Godzilla Gamecube game with the eeny weeny city of San Fransisco. Crunch Crunch Crunch.

8/11/02: So much to tell, to say, to view! I can only think of one way to describe it. Wow.

I decided to go to San Diego's Comic Con to visit with a few friends and see what other conventions are like. And I was totally blown away by the sheer quality of what they had to offer. Huge booths completely covered the entire convention floor (about an aircraft carrier sized space) Art shows. Original comics. And... more Godzilla toys than I should ever be allowed to see again! I spent well over $500 in all at the con, most of which is now in the form of over 25 new Godzilla toys that now litter my room. I can't believe it.

Elsewise, I have the most ever drawings of me that have ever been posted at the same time. A whopping 13 new images of Tyrnn have been doodled out for my site. Most of them done by other web cartoonists as well. Even one of the artists from The Simpsons was able to draw my character, Bill Morrison. We've also got drawings from Bryan Wong of 'Constancy', Keith Knight of 'K Chronicles', Rick Detorie of 'One Big Happy', Scott Maddix of 'Psychic Dyslexia Institute', Steven Notley of 'Bob the Angry Flower', Mike Jantze of 'The Norm', Vince Suzukawa of 'The Class Menagerie' and more!

I also got to meet in person Graveyard Greg, who does the writing for Gaming Guardians and more. We struck it off so well, that he even gave me a cameo in one of the comics! Whew!

Now, I also took over a hundred digital camera pics of both AnthroCon and ComicCon, and will be uploading reduced size versions of these pictures posthaste. Maybe within the month or so I'll have 'em ready. As for now, I'm also celebrating 4000 hits to my site! Yay! I'm...er, 4% of Rogue's site now! And it only took two years. Gad. Two years. (Insert stunning realization here)

7/17/02: AnthroCon has come and gone, and there have been so many things I had to do and see and be there for! I can't even begin to describe all the wonderful things there were that happened in one short weekend... For starters, though. I got behind on my Comics and the like. Though I have plenty of artsy stuffs to make up for it. Five new pics of me were penned at AC, and there's always new art to be put up in the Art section (more to come once others scan 'em), including the old Tyrrn Land pic I did for the LD4 Swimsuit competition back when... well, it was 'LD4'. >coughs dirt<

I'll see about giving a full report when I'm all caught up with everything and back in the swing of things. For now, check the Drawings section and the Art section and see what's new!

7/2/02: Not very much to update this time around, though I have set up a place to display all my images of Brang, my kangaroo type persona. The main reason I've been dormant here for so long isn't because I've been lazy... I've actually been making a new comic strip that's been published through Keenspace.com. I'm now proud to present...

My own little webcomic. Be sure to stop by and take a look at the 100 plus comics I've put up so far, and Vote for my site if you like it enough. Suggestions are always Welcome!

As for art... Hm. Two new pics I can think of off hand. Duncan got the upper hand when Brang thought he could shrink the poor guy... and he hit the wrong button instead. It was also late at night when this picture of a friend from North Carolina, BalloonBuck, was drawn. He challenged me to draw him in under an hour in exchange for this picture done by him in the same time period. Neat. Also 3500 hits! That's all for now, though. Keep in touch!

5/16/02: Aaand finally another update. Moving was fun... especially when Duncan decided to help me move my stuff from my old place to my new one. Ah yes. Also got a scanner of my own finally, and have begun to actually draw again. Some new pictures, besides Duncan's previously noted, include Eliahn, Artie Roo, and me trying to use my Cell phone. No one ever calls me! >sniff< Well, other than a few new pictures, not really much to add. Since I now work at a good paying job, I should start being able to get commissions done of me sometime, and further add to my hoard here. Also be on the lookout for a possible webcomic in the works, Boomer Express. I won't show the first few comics I've already drawn up... you'll have to wait until I get it all coordinated... if I ever do. Also added a Commissions area, so if you like what you see, and want your character drawn, I'll be more than happy to help! Until next time...

2/23/02: Wow. A lot has happened since my last update! December was a blur of Holiday SomethingOrOther, January was a blind rush to get myself packed up to Move Out on my own for the first real time... And I couldn't get in a picture edgewise to my site because of time restrictions (only an hour a day at most) and lack of a Scanner due to leaving the one I had been borrowing on the floor (where it might have been stepped on if I ever walked way in the corner). But now, It's done! We've got new art from various sources and times, new drawings of m'self from FurCon, and even a few doodles that I cooked up whilst working for Directv in between customers' calls. Speaking of which, I should set up a little 'story' page, where I can share some of the more interesting calls that I've received, and those that co-workers have gotten... Bah, too many ideas for one update. Stay Tuned!

11/20/01: Well, here's the big Update I've been planning for a while. Finally learned how to get those Imagemaps working, and put 2 and 2 together. Hopefully the new look is better to evryone. EMail me with any comments or concerns! Added a new Pic of Puc and a page o' Doodles from my sketchbook. The stories behind them can be asked of... Even a couple Suggestions are new.

11/6/01: Joined the Megafur Ring. Now all I gotta do is get a pic of Tyrnn at Mega-size.

10/30/01: Just a little bit of news. Got a new cell phone for people to call me with, should they want to. It can be found at the bottom of the main page in the Contact Information section. Be sure to give me a ring!

10/23/01: Finally ready to update the site, even after losing my laptop for nearly a month, and all this Terrorist shiznit going on. I've updated the site to remove the WTC references, at least, and hopefully we'll be able to move on, now. I've also added a new picture of DracoPuma to the roster below, though it was actually finished a while ago.

8/25/01: Well, here we go with a new section, the Suggestions page, specifically designed to get those creative juices (No, not those!) flowing, and to try to drum up some art! Go take a look at it.

8/8/01: Whoo! AC has come and gone, and now all the pics and conbook junk are up on the site. One new pic in the section below on art I've done, and three new pics from my Conbook in the 'Those who have drawn Tyrnn' section. Go see!

7/6/01: Well, the Archive's gone, but several folks have saved the files, and they're currently in the process of getting 'em uploaded. Also, I have a new way to be contacted! See the contact area!

6/16/01: News Flash. Last chance to view the Macro Destruction Archive online! See Below!

5/28/01: Added a 'WorkDoodles' type section. Not much else, but stuff is on the way! Page hits 300!

4/21/01: Decided to make an update log. Added a comic strip done by Geemo: New Shoes
