Deer Meat Loaf or Hamburgers

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground deer meat 
  • .25 c. diced onion 
  • .5 c. ground up crackers 
  • salt and pepper to taste 
  • .5 c. diced green peppers 
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup 
  • 1 egg 
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour into meat loaf pan. garnish top with ketchup.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees (F) for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  4. Check for doness
