Author's Note:
The decision for me to do this came last night, I've been lurking around for a while and while it IS fun at times, there is only so much you can do just watching, hence force...now's the time for this Lurker's Rebirth.
P.S. the names are ones I made up, anyone think their good =P

Jedd glanced at the clock in his room and groaned, "Midnight already?! Man, I got school in the morning!" He sighed as he exited Voraphile.com, he always enjoyed that site, there seemed to be lots of nice people there.

But just as he reached for the power button on his computer, the moniter start flashing. After a bit, the firey words appeared, "Go to the school now."

"W?what the heck?" Jedd stared at the message, and sighed, turning off the computer. He started getting ready for bed, trying to dismiss the strange message, but he just couldn't get it out of his mind, and finally curiousity got the better of him. "I just know that I'm going to regret doing this!" He got dressed and grabbed his CD played by habit, and carefully left his house, careful not to wake anyone.

Jedd started walking towards the school, listening to the CD player, wondering what he would fine at the school. "Probably just another prank, *sigh* Why do people pick on me all the time?" Jedd walked up to the school, and stood outside staring at it. "Wow, sure looks different at night," he walked into the school yards and looked around. There was nothing there, "I knew it! Just a stupid joke to see if I would show up!" Jedd was about to turn to go home when he noticed his shadow. He normally wouldn't have cared, but on this night, there wasn't enough light coming from the moon to cast a shadow like this, and the moon was above him, while his shadow was stretched out into the distance infront of him.

Jedd turned around and stared. In front of him was a pheonix. It had to be at least 20 feet high, and the feathers' colors kept shifting as if on fire, but there wasn't any fire, though they certainly gave off enough light to be!

The pheonix looked down at him, <You showed up>

Jedd stared, 'Did that bird just talk in my HEAD?!' he gulped, "Did y?you just say that?"

<Yes, I have been watching you for some time, and have decided that you are the one>

"What are you talking about? And what do you mean you've been watching me, I would have notice a Fire Bird watching me!"

<No, you wouldn't, as to what I'm talking about, you are the one that I have chosen>

"Chosen, for WHAT?!" Jedd was in near panic now, and was backing up.

<To unlock the gate to both our dreams, you are one that shares my unique tastes>

"Unlock a gate?! Dreams?! Tastes?! You're not making any sense!"

<All shall become clear, but first, we must become one>

"Hold on birdy! What are you talking about? Become...AUGH!!"
Jedd yelled as the Pheonix opened it beak wide and lunged at him.
Jedd stumbled backwards and landed on his back, and soon the Pheonix had caught his legs in it's beak. Lifting its head up, Jedd slowly started to slip into the oversized bird's mouth.

Jedd grabbed onto the beak as his legs were caught in the Pheonix's throat, and held on for dear life. It seemed it might work when the Pheonix quickly shook its head causing Jedd to completely lose his grip, and the bird swallowed. Now Jedd's waist was caught in the monstrous throat.

<There is no need to struggle, you will be fine>

"Easy for you to say, you're not the one being eaten!" Jedd screamed as his chest was taken into the throat! He frantically tried to grab onto something, ANYTHING, but there wasn't anything in the bird's mouth that he could grab hold of, and soon his head disappeared. The Pheonix swallowed again.

Jedd was completely inside the throat, he could feel the saliva coated muscles pushing him down, down towards his doom. Soon he was squeezed into the stomach. It was so tight in the stomach, he couldn't move.

The Pheonix sighed, and flapped it's wings, <Now, now it is time to open the gate to the world of our dreams> With that the Pheonix erupted into giant ball of fire as it flew, and disappeared.

That is all for now, I'll try and write the other part tonight, but I gotta go now!
Tell me if you like the story, maybe it will help motivate me for the second part of this story.
