Sabrewing's Biography

So, you want to know about me? Wow, what a concept. :) But here goes, to the best of my ability.

OCCUPATION: As of May of 2006, I am unemployed! But I'm lookin'!

AGE: 25

CHARACTERS: Sabrewing, an efreet dragon. What is an efreet dragon? Think popular Final Fantasy summons Bahamut and Ifrit f**king, and then producing a child, and I'd be the result. :) I lean more towards the dragon side than the fire efreet side, but I have warm blood and the ability for my eyes to glow as a result, as well as slightly greater control over fire. I don't flaunt that last part much, though.
Stronghorn, an albino rhino with a noteworthy voice problem. Oh, he can talk all right, you'd just be hard-pressed to understand what he has to say since his larynx was improperly formed when he was developing as a wee embryo. He may look large and intimidating, but under the brawny exterior lies a gentle, laid-back hipster of a rhinoceros who enjoys keeping abreast of the latest fads! Well, okay, not really, but he doesn't mind learning.
Paldeel, who is what is known as a Nephil. And what is a Nephil? The Nephilim (that's the plural) were described in the Bible as being "sons of God" -- creations that resulted from angels consorting with human females -- that were both very large, and very beautiful. And since everyone has their own perspective of size and beauty, Paldeel is best described as a 200-foot-tall reptilian. And with that size and heritage, came a BIG ego. He's routinely knocking over buildings and cities, asserting his dominance over the mortals below. Oh, and he doesn't speak English, so good luck reasoning with him.

INTERESTS: Various forms of entertainment, really, predominantly acting. I collect video games and films (DVD being the prefered medium). I mostly just enjoy the creative process, which is why you see so many different outlet forms here -- the written word, colorful images, and photographs of the real world. Everything is fair game to me when I see something that piques my interest!

WHY FURRY?: Call it a disappointment with life as it is, call it a "fitting in" ... it's a lot of things. I feel far more like the person I perceive myself to be when I step into the footclaws of my dragon. I never really leave him, just make him less prominent sometimes. :)

PHILOSOPHY: If it doesn't allow you to eat cheesecake, you shouldn't associate with it.
