Personal Chambers

There is a large decorative shield hung up on the wall. The shield is adorned with a coat of arms which has a blue border on the left side, and a green border on the right side. In the middle is a black lightning bolt symbol rising from an open book. Underneath the shield is a display plinth with an ornate book atop it.
