For those of you interested, here are the various descriptions i use on various mucks:

GryphRaptor (Gryphon Raptor Hybrid) my normal form, the one you'll probably see me in most of the time.
Shimmering scales and feathers, cover this hermaphroditic hybrid gryphon/raptor. Where most gryphons are feline, shi is more reptilian, though there is a feline build to hir body. Shi is a  graceful blend of avian, feline and reptilian features. A single, large talon, lies on the inner toe of hir powerful hind legs. Strong forearms end in extremely dextrous, hand-like claws. A wiry neck curves upwards from hir muscular shoulders.  Hir head is that of a bird of prey, mixed with feline influences. Eartufts swivel to catch the sounds of what goes on around hir, and shi has eyes that are the deepest blue.  A large beak lies perched on hir face, hiding an extremely flexible, and long forked tounge within. Hir feathers and scales are a very deep black in color, tinged with a golden sheen.
GryphRaptor is aproxamatly 10 foot tall to the shoulders, and about 12 feet long from the base of hir neck to the base of hir feathery tail. Hir wingspan lies close to 35 feet from wingtip to wingtip. A 12 foot long, feathery tail, gracefully extends behind hir. If you look, you can see a large sheath tucked up between hir legs and just behind that, lies hir foreslit. You're welcome to examine hir closer.  :)

GryphRaptor (Elephant-taur) pretty much my secondary form, this is the other one you'll see me in most times.
GryphRaptor has gone through a rather strange change. Shi has become an elephantaur. Much like a centaur, except using an elephant as a base instead of an equine. Hir massive lower body is that of an African elephant, reaching a height of about 13 feet to the joint between hir morphic and non-morphic halves, while hir length is around 15 feet. Hir thickly built upper body is proportional to the powerful lowerbody, reaching another 12 feet into the air. Another strange change in Gryph is the fact shi's now an albino, hir wrinkled flesh appearing pure white. As shi turns to regard you hir colorless eyes appear pinkish, a rather startling effect given the overall coloring of hir body. Hir powerfully muscled arms are on the same scale as the rest of hir body. Three thick fingers and a thumb lie on each massive hand, while hir massive legs support hir enormous mass. Hir entire body powerfully muscled, and kept toned by exercise.
While not overly endowed, hir breasts are on par with the rest of hir massive form, thick nipples jut outwards as hir breasts sway a bit with hir movements. Examining hir closer you can spot the massive sheath between hir hindlegs, the very tip of hir cock peeking out a bit, hinting at just how large shi could be when fully aroused. Hir tail flicks slightly as shi unconsciously shifts about, exposing both hir large tailhole, and the pinkish lips of hir labia. When fully aroused hir cock can reach lengths of at least 5 and a half feet and is fully prehensile as well.
Hir large head is also that of an African elephant, thick tusks jut from the sides of hir mouth, while hir long trunk, hangs down along hir front, curling around occasionally almost like a separate living entity. An extremely versatile organ, the trunk is also used to trumpet calls, pull down trees, rip off foliage, and draw up dust for dust bathing. It is also a highly sensitive organ, which Gryph occasionally raises into the air to detect wind-borne scents. By means of the two fingerlike lobes on the end of the trunk and by the sucking action of the two nostrils, Gryph can pick up and examine small objects. Massive ears flap occasionally, reaching around 5 feet top to bottom. The large ears helping with heat distribution in the rest of hir body.
Despite hir great weight, which averages around 24,000 pounds, Gryph can walk almost noiselessly and with exceptional grace, hir thick columnar legs keeping hir bulk moving forward in smooth, rhythmic strides. A thick cushion of resilient tissue grows on the base of the foot, absorbing the shock of the weight and enabling hir to walk high on hir hooflike toes.

GryphRaptor (Alien Hybrid Bug) really only used when i'm in a strange mood.
Standing before you is some sort of strange reptilian/insectoid hybrid. Having attributes from many varied creatures, yet looking strangely attractive in a very alien way. Looking much like a giant preying mantis, shi stands tall above most furs, hir long body seeming to be both in constant motion and yet standing completely still. The thick length of hir abdomen, hangs behind hir, glinting softly, the top portion covered in thick chitenous plates, while the bottom appears to be composed of very fine scales, slightly translucent in nature.
Standing on eight pairs of long, sturdy legs, shi surveys the area around hir. Long antennae sprout from the top of hir head, bobbing slightly with each movement of hir body. Two sets of powerful forelimbs, both with the grasping claws of the preying mantis are held in front of hir, while two more pairs of more normal looking arms and hands are tucked away beneath the large claws.
Hir thick upper body, looks much like that of a reptile of sorts, fine scales cover hir chest and sides, surrounding several large plates of chitinous armor. Under the strong armor of hir backplates, along hir abdomen, lie six pairs of wings, strong enough to carry much more then hir own weight, yet looking as if they would shatter with a light touch. Their shimmering surface visible briefly as shi settles hir wing-covers tightly against hir back.
Hir large head, looks to be based around that of a cobras, though shi has grasping mandibles sticking from the sides of hir mouth. Yawning widely hir massive fangs show themselves, before flipping back up against the roof of hir mouth, hir long tined tongue flicking out slightly to taste the air. A large pair of faceted eyes regard the area around hir, giving hir a full 360 degree arc of vision, a smaller pair of eyes lie just in front of and below the larger pair. Slitted pupils regarding you as you look hir over, triple eyelids flick briefly over them as shi blinks.

GryphRaptor (Demon Elephantaur) Used occasionally
Gryph's Elephantaur form has changed somewhat; apparently shi's been possessed by a demon! Hir massive lower body is that of an African elephant, reaching a height of about 13 feet to the joint between hir morphic and non-morphic halves, while hir length is around 15 feet. Hir thickly built upper body is proportional to the powerful lower body, reaching another 12 feet into the air.
Thick jet-black plates have spread over her back, as well as over her shoulders and hips. Atop hir broad back, gigantic bat wings spread out, seeming to cover the sky when fully extended, they're large enough to carry this massive beast through the air with extreme ease. Demonic fire seems to flow over those wings as Gryph shifts position, hir entire body radiating quite a bit of heat. A sharp row of spines has also appeared, running from behind hir head down along hir entire spine. From hir rump a thick, scorpion-like tail emerges, the last half splitting into two, each armed with a large stinger, strange venom beading on the sharp tip.
No longer a herbivore (not that shi ever let that stop hir in hir quest for a full belly), Gryph's jaws have changed slightly, sharp teeth now fill hir mouth, fangs just visible poking from between hir lips. Hir eyes have also changed, becoming blood red and now seeming to lack pupils. In addition to the tusks all elephants have, a pair of horns sprout from hir head, a long thin pair jutting from hir forehead, and one more like those of a ram's push out and curl around the sides of hir head. In the middle of hir forehead, where the third eye is supposed to lay, is a face, surrounded by folds of flesh, much like those of a normal eyelid, but vertical in orientation.
This second face, very canine in appearance, looks out about the room, and you realize it's fully aware, perhaps a second consciousness in this giant beast. It's general appearance hints at being female, her eyes are like golden pearls peering about. Framing this second face, is a thick mass of tendrils, almost like hair, which sprouts from the elephant head, and flows down over her shoulders and back. Hir long trunk, hangs down along hir front, curling around occasionally almost like a separate living entity. Massive ears flap occasionally, reaching around 5 feet top to bottom. The large ears helping with heat distribution in the rest of hir body.

Sharp, retractable claws have also replaced hir fingernails. While not overly endowed, hir breasts are on par with the rest of hir massive form, thick nipples jut outwards as hir breasts sway a bit with hir movements. Examining hir closer you can spot the massive sheath between hir hind legs, a pair of python heads seem to peek out, further hinting at Gryph's new demonic nature. Each snake cock is fully prehensile, and can extend quite far out of that heavy pocket of flesh. Between hir thick forelegs, the soft folds of a second femsex are visible.
